Born in 1981 in Jerusalem. After nine years of military service, at the end of which he served as a company commander of the Egoz Special Forces Unit, Amichai decided to turn to education and established the Tavor Pre-Military Academy. Amichai has an MA in diplomacy and security studies from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Middle Eastern studies from the University of Haifa, with honors. In his army reserve service, Amichai serves as a company commander in one of the IDF’s elite units, with the rank of major. Amichai currently lives in Kibutz Hanaton with his wife and three childrens.

Married to Tal and father of Eitan and Ofri, Itai was born and raised in Neveh Daniel and currently lives in Avnat. Itay served for nine years in the Golani Brigade, in Shaldag, an elite Israeli Air Force commando unit, and in Israel’s security forces as a commander and officer. Itai was involved in establishing the leadership program of the Ha-Shomer Ha-Chadash (New Guardians) and served as an instructor during its first two years. Co-founder of the pre-military academy Echad Mi Shelanu (One of Us), he currently serves as a member of its executive committee.
During the Yom Kippur War, his father’s plane was shot down over Syria, and he was taken prisoner and tortured to death in captivity. Noam currently resides in Bnei Zion, an upscale moshav. He is married and has four children.

Ron is the founder and Chairman of Israel Cycling Academy, a philanthropic venture for the development of cycling in Israel as well as a professional Pro-Continental cycling team. Ron founded and leads Livermore Investments Group, a major investor in the US credit market for senior secured bank loans. Ron holds an LLB (LAW) and BA in Economics degrees from Tel Aviv University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, in addition to receiving an MBA from INSEAD, France. Ron is the father of two Tavor graduates.

Dana’s oldest son is a Tavor graduate who currently serves as a company commander in an elite paratroopers unit.

Yehonatan has a BA in Hebrew literature and an MA in the study of US Jewry, is a PhD candidate at Haifa University. He leads leadership programs in Europe for the JDC and lectures at pre-military academies. He served in the past as the director of Ein Prat’s Graduate Academy and also as CEO of the Hitorerut movement represented on the Jerusalem City Council, and was a member of the educational team of the President’s Residence.

Born in Bnei Brak in 1979, Udi was raised and schooled in Haredi society and studied for seven years in the renowned Ponevezh Yeshiva. He teaches Jewish philosophy, theology and history in various settings, and has headed a program on “Philosophy and Cinema,” which interfaces the worlds of cinema and religious thought and philosophy, for more than ten years. He serves as a cantor and leads prayer services in various communities.
